Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Vienna

Our representative will pick you up from Vienna International Airport and take you to your hotel in a private car. Spend the rest of your time leisurely, take a walk around the area, and enjoy some local cuisine.

Day 2: Vienna City Tour

Full from breakfast, take a magnificent city trip along the Ringstrasse to start your day. Admire Vienna’s most famous sites before entering the opulent Schönbrunn Palace with an informed guide. After that, explore the Belvedere Palace‘s art-filled rooms.

Explore the Hofburg Imperial Palace, which was formerly the Habsburg Empire’s center. Enjoy a stroll in the Volksgarten at dusk, where you can see Parliament and roses in bloom.

Day 3: Danube Valley Tour

Enjoy a peaceful boat ridalong the Danube River in the summer or an old-fashioned walking tour of Krems or Dürnstein in the winter. For sweeping views of the valley and vineyards, ascend to the Dürnstein Castle Ruins.

Day 4: Enjoy Salzburg & The Sound of Music

Explore the charming Getreidegasse, which is adorned with ancient charm and wrought-iron signage. Go to Getreidegasse’s Mozart’s Birthplace, a tiny museum.

Day 5: Train to Hallstatt + Hallstatt Exploration

After breakfast, travel via train to Hallstatt, a lakeside gem that seems to have been taken straight out of a dream, in the center of the Salzkammergut. Take a walking tour with a guide through its winding streets.

You’ll feel like you’re on top of the world when you ride the funicular up to the Skywalk World Heritage View. Visit the Hallstatt Bone House, a little yet distinctive ossuary next to the church.

Day 6: Train Ride to Innsbruck + Explore Innsbruck

After breakfast, head to Wattens, where art, light, and design come together in stunning harmony, spend the morning enthralled with Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Later, see surreal views as you ascend the Nordkette Mountain Range on the Hungerburg Funicular.

Stroll down Maria-Theresien Strasse, a bustling avenue lined with shops, cafes, and street entertainers. Visit the tallest zoo in Europe, the Alpenzoo Innsbruck, which features species from the mountains like ibexes, lynsex, marmots, golden eagles, brown bears and even alpine fish and mountains, as well as highlights the stunning panorama of Innsbruck and the surrounding Alps.  [One hour]

Day 8: Departure
